Fan art model of Apocalypse, from the X-men. This project allowed me to experiment with new things workflows. I decided on a simple design, as opposed to a mech suit. Sculpting was mostly zbrush with some 3dsmax. Retopo was done in topogun, xnormal for map bakes and Photoshop and the quixel suite for texturing.
So after modeling this guy a while back I finally decided to sculpt and texture him in zbrush. I kinda have mixed feelings about this one, although I’m not sure I can say why. Just one of those things artist feel about some of their work.

Another personal project of mine. I had modeled the head several weeks ago but finally decided to finish the modeling during the summer break from school. Overall I’m pleased with the final model, I’m having some issues when I import into zbrush, so it looks like I’ll have to sculpt in mudbox.
